I captured and help plan this dreamy proposal in downtown Phoenix. I helped plan the setting, the route, time, and when the proposal would take place. We met atop a parking garage, and walked to one of the dreamy locations nearby by the Science museum to take photos for a birthday surprise proposal. We ended the session at the top of the parking garage where the intimate proposal took place.
